and Information Service

The Welfare Rights Service is aimed to assist disabled people living in the borough of Greenwich. Supporting clients to complete various benefit claims i.e. Disability Living Allowance, Income Support, Incapacity Benefit, Housing and Council Tax Applications and many more.

The service supports clients when they do not receive the right amount of benefit by obtaining medical evidence from GPs and supporting evidence from other services. Additionally we support clients through the Appeal process and will represent you at Tribunal when necessary.

GAD drop-in:

An informal meeting place for local disabled people.

Whether you are seeking advice on welfare rights, other disabled issues or just a chat, the drop-in offers a warm welcome to all.

Open every:

  • Monday between 11am and 3pm
    (Expect Bank holidays and August).
  • Thursdays between 2pm and 5:45pm
