Volunteering is the commitment of time and energy for the benefit of society and the community - volunteering with GAD enables you to try something new, gain experience, develop skills and meet new people.

We are always looking for volunteers to help in a range of different ways:

• Office based answering the phone
• Information stalls at events
• Delivering flyers promoting our services
